Lucia Weiler is committed to integrating food, nutrition and the culinary arts and is a trusted partner in workplace wellness and food labelling programs. Lucia is a food scientist, trends expert, media spokesperson and food business leader. She is an experienced faculty member, teaching courses and developing curriculum at Humber College in nutrition, food safety, and professional development. Lucia is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Dietitians of Canada and at the Canadian Foundation for Dietetic Research.
