Our theme this year was “Bringing it Home”, which explored and revealed how to “bring print to plate” for clients, patients and families.
The symposium admission included a copy of Always Delicious: Over 175 Satisfying Recipes to Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells, and Keep the Weight Off Permanently by David S. Ludwig, MD, PhD, and Chef Dawn Ludwig.
Breakout sessions were included as part of the symposium this year where attendees could choose to learn about ancient grains, plant-based drinks and nut cheeses.
