Our Mission

Through education, involvement in the community and collaborations with other agencies, our mission is to create systems, processes and opportunities to make more nutritious offerings available to consumers.

OUR PROGRAMS

Our programs combine instruction in culinary techniques, food service management, ingredient knowledge, healthy menu design and recipe/product development with the latest advances in the field of nutrition. Our goal is to be the voice of authority when it comes to nutrition and the culinary arts.

We are also actively involved with other initiatives including food security, food literacy and sustainability.
