The theme for this year’s event was “Obesity: The 40 Year Experiment”.
The day was filled with discussions, workshops and presentations to continue the discussion about food and nutrition and the gaps and opportunities that exist.
Hands-on culinary and baking workshops were featured as part of the symposium.
